From Merlot planted on limestone heavy clay soils, in the south west of France, the fruit is de-stemmed and sees natural ferment. Here no oak is emplyed but rather the organic Merlot is raised for around 8 months in concrete to provide freshness.

Juicy and dark fruit with a little savoury edge to it this is incredibly easy to drink whilst still being long, dark and pure.
